The MOD 007 V3 HE Year of the Dragon Keyboard: unique, sturdy design

2024 is the Year of the Dragon: the design of the MOD 007 V3 HE Year of the Dragon keyboard by AKKO is inspired by the 12 Chinese zodiac signs and is an absolute eye-catcher at first glance. The individual colours blend perfectly together. Additional keys are also included, allowing you to customise the design slightly.

During manufacturing, the case undergoes an extremely elaborate three-colour anodising process, giving the keyboard an improved typing feel and making it more durable and scratch-resistant.

The perfect keyboard for gamers

The keyboard features an ultra-low 8,000 Hz polling rate, resulting in a latency of just 0.125 ms, ensuring inputs are registered quickly and reliably by the PC. Additionally, it offers many other functions to enhance your experience in FPS games. The Rapid Trigger function of the magnetic switches further reduces input delay.

Using AKKO’s proprietary software, you can customise the keyboard individually. Dynamic Keystrokes allows you to assign up to four different functions to a single key. Specifically, a light press triggers action one and a deeper press triggers action two. Releasing the key also supports a two-stage key setting. With Mod-Tap, a key can be assigned two functions depending on whether it is held down or tapped briefly. The so-called Deadzone Setting gives you another useful customisation option: you can precisely adjust the area of the key that does not trigger an input.

RGB lighting and programmable knob

Each key on the Year of the Dragon keyboard can display up to 16.7 million colours. For personalised lighting, brightness and animation speed are adjustable, and custom lighting effects can be easily created.

In the upper right corner, there is a programmable rotary knob. This allows you to control brightness and lighting. Additional functions can also be configured.
