With this keyboard, the manufacturer introduces its design philosophy: QUACK Mechanics. Ducky focuses on four key elements that determine typing quality — keycaps, case, sound, and stabilizers.

That’s why nearly all Ducky One 3 variants feature high-quality PBT keycaps. This semi-crystalline plastic is popular among keyboard modders for its resistance to wear. Ducky uses a double-shot molding process with two layers of plastic to ensure that legends remain clearly legible. Unlike other plastics, PBT does not develop a shiny surface over time, so your keyboard looks new for longer.

Low-Profile Case and Soft Acoustics

A common criticism of mechanical keyboards is their bulky design. The newly developed case of the Ducky One 3 is flatter than previous models and, in combination with the three-stage feet, provides ergonomic relief for your wrists.

To improve sound and typing feel, Ducky tested 17 different rubber compounds and selected the most suitable one for the Q-Bounce pad. This pad is combined with an additional EVA foam layer to effectively reduce resonance and dampen hard keystrokes.
