Diverse customisation options with hot swap

With the Glorious GMMK 2, Glorious releases a must-have for keyboard enthusiasts. This barebone model with 5-pin hot-swapping provides the perfect foundation for customisations and personalisation. Thanks to the 5-pin format, the keyboard is compatible with most available switch brands, including Glorious switches and Cherry MX. Due to its wide compatibility, a variety of keycaps can be seamlessly used. The elegant aesthetics of the anodised brushed aluminium frame are accentuated by the RGB lighting. Eighteen presets ensure variety, while the Glorious CORE software offers nearly unlimited customisation options.

The hot-swap capable GMMK 2 is compatible with all common switches thanks to its 5-pin sockets. The integrated plate holds the switches securely in place, eliminating the need for soldering and preventing dust from reaching the circuit board. Both the switches and keycaps can be easily removed from the frame with the included tools. This allows the keyboard to be equipped with a mix of switches that suit your needs and feedback preferences. Thanks to USB N-key rollover, an unlimited number of keys can be pressed simultaneously without ghosting or other delays.

Robust and compact

The Glorious GMMK 2 features an aluminium top with a polymer underside, providing a durable and robust base. Overall, this ensures a balanced weight that, combined with the rubberised feet, offers stability even in the heat of battle. The aluminium is CNC-milled and has a finely anodised surface. The soft brushed look gives it an elegant appearance, and the pink colour completes the look.

This is the compact model of the Glorious GMMK 2. With a clever hybrid design, this keyboard combines 68 keys in a compact frame that resembles a 60% form factor, with the added benefit of arrow keys. This saves desk space without sacrificing keys. Additionally, the compact size positively affects longer typing and gaming sessions, as your hands have to travel less. For improved comfort, the frame is tilted at a 7° angle to relieve the wrists. This angle can also be increased to 14° with the help of the feet.

RGB lighting and control software

The appearance of the Glorious GMMK 2 is complemented by the impressive key lighting as well as the diffuse side lighting. Each key has its own LEDs and is individually illuminated. The side-mounted LEDs light up your desk, creating a soft, atmospheric aesthetic - 18 presets leave little to be desired. Alternatively, the lighting can also be customised via Glorious CORE software for true RGB enthusiasts.

However, the Glorious CORE software can do more than just create colour displays. The software can also be used to assign key combinations and macros to the keys, thereby expanding the functionality of the Glorious GMMK 2 and customising it to individual needs. Although the keyboard was designed for use with Glorious CORE, it can also be customised with the open-source firmware QMK. This allows you to personalise your keyboard even more intricately - your imagination knows almost no bounds.
