Kolink Stronghold Prime: Unadorned beauty

The Kolink Stronghold Prime midi tower is an elegant case with steel cladding and a hinged tempered glass door, perfect for fans of the classic black case. The case offers space for an E-ATX mainboard and allows for flexible hardware options and easy installation thanks to its user-friendly design.

Thanks to the removable, magnetically attached covers, the interior is fully accessible. In addition, the Kolink Stronghold Prime has a fantastic airflow to keep your gaming PC cool thanks to innovative side ventilation, two integrated Kolink Classic PWM 120 mm fans and mesh dust filters.

Clever design for maximum flexibility

With several design improvements, the Kolink Stronghold Prime is a user-friendly case with removable panels that allow easy access to the entire interior. The tempered glass side panel is hinged and held in place by a magnetic tab, allowing it to open fully. In addition, the front panel and the cover of the power supply housing can be removed to gain access to the narrower areas of the case.

Both the frame and the panels are made of steel and give the Kolink Stronghold Prime a high level of resistance. Above the enclosure are dust filter covers made of PVC. These are easy to remove and clean, thus optimising their function as dust catchers.

Superior airflow for your components

The Kolink Stronghold Prime places great emphasis on air circulation, with optimised features to improve natural cooling. Pre-installed are two Kolink Classic PWM 120mm fans, mounted on the front and rear. These fans automatically scale their speed to meet the demands of your system. At high workloads, their speed is increased, and at lower workloads, the fans slow down to ensure quieter operation. In addition, the case offers extensive fan support and space for a CPU cooler with a height of up to 175mm.

If you need more cooling capacity, you can use the front and rear panels for many configurations. The front can accommodate up to three 120mm or 140mm fans or a 360mm radiator, while the back supports a single 120mm or 140mm fan or radiator. On the top, three 120mm fans, two 140mm fans or a 360mm radiator can be mounted. Additionally, two 120mm fans can be installed on the PSU cover to improve cooling underneath.

With its thoughtful interior design, the Kolink Stronghold Prime is an excellent showcase for a wide range of gaming hardware. With the ability to accommodate an E-ATX motherboard with support for seven expansion slots, there's little this case can't handle. And with room for graphics cards up to 380mm long, most triple-slot GPUs are compatible with the case.

The Kolink Stronghold Prime is compatible with the Kolink Vertical GPU Kit, which allows you to mount your graphics card vertically (sold separately, GEKL-110).

Plenty of space for drives and cable management

Under the power supply cover of the Kolink Stronghold Prime is a dedicated chamber that can accommodate an ATX form factor power supply with a length of up to 190 mm. There is also a drive cage in this area with space for two 3.5-inch HDDs. On the back of the motherboard backplate are mounts for three 2.5-inch SSDs, giving you incredible flexibility in your choice of storage solution.

The I/O panel on the upper right side of the chassis. The available connections are two USB 3.1 ports, one USB 2.0 port and two jacks for audio. Cable management is very easy thanks to the 27 mm wide space and the Velcro fasteners attached there. This keeps your gaming PC neat and tidy in the Kolink Stronghold Prime.
